Referral Process 

Patients can attend the Dizzy O’Therapist via self-referral or referral from a GP or healthcare professional. Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans can be used for physiotherapy services when arranged by your GP. If you believe you may be eligible for an EPC plan, please speak with your GP.

When to Seek Medical Care

You should seek urgent medical care or contact a doctor if Dizziness occurs with:

  • Sudden severe headache

  • Difficulty speaking

  • Double vision 

  • Weakness or numbness

  • Loss of consciousness
